Ice Cream Sandwhich Cake

This is a yummy and very affordable dessert that is a great crowd pleaser!


Ingredients:

12 ct. box of Ice cream sandwhiches (any brand will do)

1 cup. of heavy whipping cream

2 Tb. of powder sugar

1/2 cup of chocolate chips


Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, mix heavy cream and powder sugar on high until peaks form.
Then in a 8"by4" pan, put one layer of ice cream sandwhiches down and spoon half of cream mixture on top, making sure to spread evenly, the repeat with another layer of ice cream sandwhiches and then top with the remaining cream mixture, and the sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. Freeze for at least one hour before serving.
